Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all boards in unused, original condition. Please note that custom-built boards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are Penny Skateboards waterproof?
While our high-quality plastic decks are waterproof, we recommend avoiding water to protect your bearings and hardware from rust and to maintain optimal performance.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Penny skateboard comes with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects to ensure you can cruise with confidence.
