Whether it's a change of heart or a warranty issue, our team is here to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as our signature chrome bearings.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place your unused skateboard and any accessories back into the original shipping box, ensuring all protective wrapping and tags are intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely fasten it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
